„TGuide S96“ automatinis nukleorūgščių ištraukiklis naudoja naujausią magnetinio strypo adsorbcijos ir pernešimo magnetinių karoliukų metodą. 96 gylio šulinių plokštelės ir įvairių rūšių magnetinių granulių ekstrahavimo reagentai naudojami automatiškai išgauti ir išvalyti nukleorūgštį iš 1-192 kraujo/ląstelių/audinių/virusų ir kitų mėginių.

Šis ištraukiklis gali būti aprūpintas 24 srauto moduliu, kuris gerai prisitaiko prie didelės apimties mėginių. Jame yra TIANGEN fasuotų reagentų ir vienu metu galima išgauti 1–24 mėginius. Maksimalus prietaiso imamo mėginio tūris yra 5 ml. Jis ypač tinka laisvosios nukleorūgšties ekstrakcijai serume ir plazmoje. Jis turi didelį ekstrahavimo derlių ir gerą grynumą, todėl gali būti naudojamas tokiose srityse kaip naviko aptikimas, NIPT ir kt.
